Bluenotes Raises $22,000 for the Canadian Federation of Students' 'No Means No' Campaign

the Canadian Federation of Students received a donation of $ 22 000 from the profit of the sell of 'No Means No' line of t-shirts

Bluenotes today announced that the sale ofjointly designed 'No Means No' line of t-shirts sold well in its 117 storesand that more than $22,000 in profits from the sales are being donated to the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS).

The shirts were created incollaboration with the CFS to reflect Bluenotes' family-friendly values andsupport the CFS's goal of communicating the importance of the slogan 'No MeansNo'. "We're pleased to have had the opportunity to work with the Canadian Federation of Students in designing shirts that reflect the positive messagesthat Bluenotes as an organization is committed to promoting," said BluenotesPresident Michael Roden.

"That we're able to contribute more than $22,000 to their organization is even more good news. I hope that these funds enable thegroup to continue their communications initiatives on campus' nationwide."

The new, jointly designed "No Means No" T-shirts were available in twodifferent colourful and offbeat styles, meant to appeal to both men and women.The T-shirts were sold at Bluenotes stores across Canada between June andmid-September this year. The profits from this initiative totaled $22,817.
