Dieters who exercise overeat!

Are you stressed about your weight? You don't know how to get out from the obesity?

One solutin can be to eat an apple a day, that coul keep calories at bay. The Obesity Society, an association on weight control, announced that when the phisical activty increase people eat more, they step up their eating.

They still lose weight from exercising more but not as much as they might have, says Timothy Church, director of preventive medicine research at Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge.
